This apartment is located on the second floor, one of the most comfortable levels, boasting exceptional brightness and a pleasant view of the internal garden of olive trees, as well as the spacious terrace of Apartment 3. The living room, spacious and elegant, offers a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs.

The kitchen, slightly separated, is a small oasis of functionality, complete with all the appliances you may need. The washing machine is hidden in a functional wall cabinet in the small hallway of the sleeping area.

The double bedroom, with a cord-colored headboard, is cozy and with sufficient space to accommodate a crib if necessary. The bathroom, with a shower, completes this comfort zone, even though it lacks windows.
