BOOKING CONFIRMATION
The reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive your credit card information as a guarantee**, following which we will send you the final confirmation.
Advance payment: a deposit will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy at the end of the free cancellation period.
As an alternative to the credit card you can make a bank transfer at the time of booking equal to 30% of the amount of the stay, for stays of three nights or more.
The amount to be paid as a deposit for stays under three nights: 1 night=100% and 2 nights=50% of the amount of the stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank transfers close to the date of arrival or departure are not allowed. – By credit card: Communicating by email or phone: type, number and expiration date of your card with written permission for withdrawal from credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Only written cancellations will be considered valid.

Summer 2021: from May 21st to September 12th: no penalty for cancellations received within  7 days before the arrival date– in case of late cancellations up to the day before arrival the amount paid will be retained:

• 30% of the amount of the stay for stays equal to or more than 3 nights.
• 50% of the amount of the stay for 2-night stays.
• 100% of the amount of the stay for 1-night stays.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged.

For Ponti (long holiday weekends), Easter and New Year’s Eve:

from 2/4/2021 to 05/04/2021
from 21/05/2021 to 12/09/2021
from 29/10/2021 to 01/11/2021
from 21/12/2021 to 08/01/2022

no penalty for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival – in case of late cancellations up to the day before arrival the amount paid will be retained:

• 30% of the amount of the stay for stays equal to or more than 3 nights.
• 50% of the amount of the stay for 2-night stays.
• 100% of the amount of the stay for 1-night stays.

In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged.
For all other periods:  no penalty for cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival – in case of late cancellations up to the day before arrival the amount of one night will be retained – in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged.

In case of NON-REFUNDABLE the amount paid at the time of booking will be entirely lost.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING
The reservation guaranteed with a deposit will be valid until 24:00 on day of arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The room is at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 on the day of departure. For arrivals and / or departures at other times please contact the reception.

Internal Rules

RESERVATION
Reservations are effective strictly after deposit payment and after receiving the booking confirmation from the property. Balance of the rental amount is due on arrival. In the event of failure to pay within the terms of the above-mentioned deadlines/booking deadlines, the rental will be considered cancelled. Any deposit already paid will be refunded after deducting the booking fees / penalties, according to the booking policy / cancellation policy.

Changes concerning the holiday period and/ or accommodation, are possible within the limits of the accommodation availability and dates available. In case the change is not possible, the request to amend the reservation will be equivalent to a CANCELLATION, with refund of the paid amount, net of penalties.

NUMBER AND CHANGES OF GUESTS
The number of guests exceeding the number of beds indicated on the reservation, or change of guests overnight, is cause for recision of the reservation, with loss of the deposit / amounts already paid, as penalty. In this regard, guests are responsible for their declarations.

ARRIVAL
At the check-in the client is required to present the booking confirmation and identity card or passport of all the guests of the reservation, in order to allow their registration with the competent authorities. Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. At the reception desk the client will receive the house keys. If on the scheduled day of arrival, a delay occurs out of the reception hours, the client is required to inform the reception by calling +39 0541 691315 /  +39 366 6564716.

REFUSAL OR REMOVAL OF THE CLIENT
Client’s check-in/access to the property may be denied in the following cases:
• a. Discrepancy of data between booking confirmation and client
• b. Omission to present identity documents/passports.
• c. Non-payment of balance, caution deposit or credit card as guarantee.
In case the client’s behavior contrasts basic standards of civil education. The immediate removal of the client correspond with the loss of the deposit / amounts already paid.

CLEANING Rules
The client must observe the internal rules and is request to leave the apartment at the check-out under the same conditions it has been given. It is absolutely forbidden to move the furniture from their position inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this commitment will result in the loss of the caution deposit. The kitchenette must be returned clean, the refrigerator empty from every type of food, washed dishes and pots and garbage removed from the waste bins.

In case of any breakage, damage, shrinkage of tools, Metropol Ceccarini Suite retains the right to contact the client even after his departure. For damages the landlord is entitled to compensation, upon Management discretion. The Management declines any responsibility for any theft or damage to objects left inside the apartment / room.


LEARDINIGROUP TRIP CANCELLATION SERVICE

To protect yourself from losses due to unforeseen cancellations of a whole reservation, we recommend signing up to our worthwhile Trip Cancellation Service, at the cost of €20.00 a day for apartment (minimum stay 7 nights).

The “Leardinigroup Trip Cancellation” service protects you in the instance of:
– a cancelled reservation due to illness or a serious accident involving the guest who booked the stay
– a serious accident or a sudden serious accident that results in the hospitalization of a family member of the guest.
– serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s home (house, apartment) that requires their presence.
In each of the above instances a certificate verifying the reason for the cancellation is required (medical certificate/police certificate, etc.).
The “Leardinigroup Trip Cancellation” service only covers the cancellation of an entire reservation and cannot be put into effect in the instance of an unforeseen late arrival or early departure.

CONTRACT INFORMATIONS

  1. On arrival you will be asked to do the balance of your stay and make a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be made on departure if no damage caused to the structure.
  2. Please use the existing beds in the apartment on arrival. Extra guests during the stay should be reported to the Reception to regularize the situation of public security.
  3. The daily cleaning does not include the washing of dishes, cutlery, glasses etc. It can be requested at the reception with a surcharge of e 15.00 per service.
  4. In case of a lost set of keys we’ll be charged an amount of € 50.00.
