RESERVATION VALIDITY
The reservation guaranteed by a deposit is valid until 12:00 AM on the day of arrival.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
For early arrivals or late departures, please contact the reception; such requests are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Early check-in or Late check-out: on request and subject to availability
DELAYED ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE
Delayed arrival and/or early departure will still require payment for all reserved nights.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments in cash, by debit card, and credit card. Checks are not accepted.
For payments via bank transfer:
- Standard bank transfers made close to the arrival or departure date cannot be considered valid for administrative reasons.
- Instant transfers can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival or departure date.
At check-in, the property reserves the right to request a credit card to pre-authorize the stay amount, less any advance payments or deposits.
MEALS
Unused meals are not subject to reductions or refunds.
Restaurant Opening Hours:
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Lunch: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
RESTAURANT DRESS CODE
- Breakfast and lunch: comfortable and casual attire suitable for a relaxed atmosphere.
- Dinner: casual chic look is recommended for a touch of evening elegance.
APARTMENT NUMBER CONFIRMATION
At the time of booking, it is not always possible to guarantee the specific apartment number, floor, or location, but only the selected type.
However, for stays of at least 7 nights, it is possible to reserve a specific apartment (by number) with a 5% surcharge on the standard rate of the selected type (Comfort, Superior, Prestige, etc.).
NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS
All apartments are non-smoking. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort of future guests.
BEACH (where included)
The beach is included from the day of arrival until the day before departure. Access on the last day is available on request for an additional fee.
Small pets are allowed when booking designated beach umbrellas.
PETS
Pets are welcome with a daily fee of €15.00 for apartment sanitization. Please refer to our pet policy.
PARKING
Adjacent parking or an underground monitored parking lot is available for our guests.
The daily rate is €20.00 unless included in the selected stay package.
INTERNET CONNECTION
Free Wi-Fi is available in apartments, common areas, and most outdoor spaces.
MINORS’ STAY
Minors can stay only if accompanied by a parent and with valid ID. Minors unaccompanied by an adult cannot stay, even with written authorization.
VALUABLE ITEMS
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended. Each room is equipped with a safe.
LOST ITEMS
Lost items will be kept for a maximum of 3 months.
COMMUNICATIONS
Cancellations or special requests will only be considered valid if sent in writing via email to prenotazioni@leardinigroup.com. The hotel will communicate with the guest using the contact details provided during the booking.
LEARDINIGROUP TRAVEL PROTECTION SERVICE
Protect your stay with our Travel Protection Service, available at a 5% surcharge on the total stay amount (minimum 5 nights).
This service protects you in the event of:
- Cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest.
- Sudden emergency or hospitalization of a family member.
- Significant damage to the guest’s property (e.g., theft, fire) requiring their presence.
To activate coverage, a valid certification is required (e.g., medical certificate, official report).
The service covers the cancellation of the entire stay and can also be applied to delayed arrivals or early departures.
CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
- Upon arrival, the balance for the stay and a security deposit of €500.00 will be requested. The deposit will be returned at departure if no damage has occurred.
- Please use the beds available in the apartment upon arrival. Additional guests must be reported to reception to ensure compliance with public safety regulations.
- Daily cleaning does not include washing dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. This service can be requested at reception for a fee of €15.00 per service.
- In case of loss of the key set, a fee of €50.00 will be charged.
